A postmortem has been carried out on the body of a woman (49) found in south Mayo on Sunday.
According to gardaí, the results are inconclusive, and they are awaiting the outcome of toxicology tests. The scene of the discovery is still being investigated.
The alarm was raised on Sunday afternoon when an ambulance was called to a house at Ballycurrin, near Glencorrib, close to the Galway-Mayo border.
The woman was prounced dead at the scene.
