The case against a man and a woman charged in connection with the death of model Katy French over four years ago has been further adjourned at Trim Circuit Court.

Both Kieran Ducie (42), Lambertstown Manor, Kilmessan, Co Meath, and Ann Corcoran (31), Tolka Road, Clonliffe Road, Dublin face the same charges of recklessly supplying cocaine to Ms French and failing to get medical assistance in a timely fashion.

A special sitting of the court was scheduled to hear the case this month but the matter was then adjourned after a defence barrister told the court that expert medical reports on medical references contained in the book of evidence would not be ready in time for the hearing.

Judge Michael O’Shea agreed last month to an application from Carl Hanahoe, prosecuting, to adjourn the case for mention yesterday.
