A notorious terrorist known as the "Border Fox" is to begin a court action next Tuesday to gain his freedom under the Belfast Agreement.
Dessie O'Hare, who is serving a 40-year sentence in Portlaoise Prison, is seeking judicial review of a decision by the Minister for Justice, Mr O'Donoghue, not to release him.
