Gang kills leader Martin ‘Marlo’ Hyland because he is attracting too much Garda attention. Apprentice plumber Anthony Campbell is also shot because he is in the house where Hyland is staying when the killers call.

Armed robber John Daly is shot dead in Finglas. Daly, who once rang RTÉ’s Liveline programme from his cell in Portlaoise Prison, was feuding with the gang.

Armed robber Paul “Farmer” Martin is shot dead in a Finglas pub. He had fallen foul of the gang.

January 7th, 2009

Heroin dealer Michael “Roly” Cronin and James Maloney are shot dead in Dublin’s north inner city. The killing was drug related.

Cronin was the target – Maloney simply happened to be with him when the killer called.

Gardaí believe the killer was himself then murdered by the Finglas gang, although his body has never been found.

Graham McNally (34) is shot dead in Coldwinters near Finglas as part of an internal gang dispute.

March 3rd, 2009

Michael Murray (41) shot dead in Finglas as part of feud with gang.

June 12th, 2009

Body of Paul Smyth (34), Finglas, is found dumped near

Balbriggan. He was shot in the head as part of a feud with the gang.

January 9th, 2010

The body of John Paul Joyce found near Dublin airport. He was shot by the Finglas gang five times in the head. The killing was drug related.

January 10th, 2010

Paddy Mooney and Brendan Molyneux, both shot dead by the gang.
