Washington - The US House of Representatives approved a Bill yesterday which would cut off virtually all aid to the Palestinian Authority if President Yasser Arafat unilaterally declares a Palestinian state.
The bill was passed by a vote of 385 to 27 and would sever all aid except humanitarian assistance.
