Stockholm - Girl group All Saints were last night named the best pop act at the MTV Europe Music 2000 awards ceremony in Stockholm.Madonna took the best female artist and best dance act awards while Ricky Martin was best male artist. Best rock band were the Red Hot Chili peppers and best group, Backstreet Boys. Westlife won the best UK and Ireland award.
