Washington - The US First Lady, Mrs Hillary Clinton, has been offered $5 million for her memoirs, the US press reported yesterday.
According to Time magazine and the Washington Post, HarperCollins editor, Judith Regan, has said that the story of the First Lady's White House years "would be the most interesting story, both personally and professionally." But a spokesman for Mrs Clinton said that she was unwilling to consider a book deal before 2001.
