More than £2 million has been allocated for awards to local projects by the National Millennium Committee.
The projects must make a significant contribution to the economic, social and cultural development of their area, that will have a "lasting and beneficial impact well into the 21st century".
Applications for these grants should be made to ADM, Holbrook House, Holles Street, Dublin 2 by July 9th.
