DUBLIN: Roadworks are restricting N1 traffic to one lane northbound between the Airport Roundabout and Pinnock Hill Roundabout until next Monday.

Delays should be expected. When the roadworks are completed a new lane will open to motorists, easing congestion.

Ashtown Gate has re-opened to traffic coming from the Mountjoy Cross direction only.

Dundrum Main Street By-Pass was scheduled to open to traffic yesterday with a permanent road closure at The Laurels. This means there is no access from Sweetmount Avenue into Dundrum Shopping Centre or Dundrum Village.

While it's business as usual for Dundrum Shopping Centre, access to the centre is only via the Main Street.

The Dublin Bus 48A route no longer uses the Wyckham Bypass but the Ballinteer Overbridge.

WICKLOW:

The road layout has been adjusted on the N11 approaching Kilmacanogue. Motorists are being diverted onto the new section of the road. Drive with care.

Restrictions and partial closures are operating on Main St, Bray, until mid-June. Expect delays.

MEATH:

Flowerhill, Navan, will remain closed from the bridge to Ratholdren Rd until June. Motorists advised to stay on N3 Inner Relief Rd. Extensive delays at peak times.

KILDARE:

Roadworks and temporary lights will operate daily until Friday on the Hazelhatch to Celbridge Rd at the Tennis Club, from 8.30am - 5.30pm. The road will close daily from 10am between Liffey Bridge and the Railway Station with a diversion from Elm Hall onto the Lucan Rd.

CORK:

Kyrl's Quay will be emain one-way Eastbound between North Gate Bridge and Kyrl's St until 5pm Thursday, May 23rd. Westbound traffic will be diverted via Pope's Quay.

CLARE:

N18 users should note that a new contra flow system is in place for a 300 metre stretch on the approach to Shannon from Bunratty and will operate until Sept next. A 40 mph restriction also applies in the area.
