A new launch at Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15 this weekend includes eight different house types, priced from €342,000 for a two-bed. McPeake Auctioneers will be offering 65 units at Cruise Park, out of 320 in this section of Tyrrelstown.

Show houses open for viewing on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4pm. Cruise Park is located at the golf course end of this popular scheme, which provided first-time buyers with a choice of apartments or townhouses.

Two-bedroom townhouses from €342,000 have 73sq m (740sq ft) of living space and an en suite shower off the largest bedroom. Two-bedroom semis of around the same size cost from €379,950.

Another three-bedroom style from €410,000 has the sittingroom opening to the garden, while a third three-bedroom style has a very large en suite main bedroom, priced from €420,000. Traditional four-bedroom semis and detached houses of 107sq m (1,150sq ft) start at €512,000. These include a garage.
