Coonan Real Estate Alliance handled the sale which included 94 acres of farmland. The four-bedroom house was built 12 years ago on the style and scale of a Victorian mansion.
The courtyard includes a magnificent array of two-storey cut-stone buildings and archways, some of which have been restored.
The estate is within nine miles of Dublin Airport and 14 miles of the city.
