The final phase of the Belarmine scheme in Stepaside, on the outskirts of south Dublin in Dublin 18, has come up for sale. Included are one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Showhomes will be open this weekend.
The scheme began in 2003, and developer Castlethorn, which is handling sales, says that the other homes have been sold, leaving this final section of 28 apartments on the market.

Prices range from €175,000 for one-beds, €235,000 for two-beds and €270,000 for three-beds.
The three showhomes open this weekend have been kitted out with Ikea furniture, offering visitors an insight into what can be done with the flatpacks.
There are some shops on site and a crèche and school nearby.

In Dún Laoghaire, Lisney is asking €1.2 million for 8 Crosthwaite Park East, a terraced three-storey over basement house with a total of 325sq m (3,500sq ft) including five bedrooms. It’s a handsome house that has been well kept, but could probably now do with some updating. To the front it overlooks communal gardens, while at the back it has a walled back garden.

New on the books at Savills is a large two/three-bedroom apartment at Forbes Quay in the docklands, an area where rents have held up well thanks to the proximity of Google. The penthouse apartment is asking €450,000 and already has generated good interesting according to sales agent Kevin Harmon. The owner bought it as an investment in 2006 and has had it rented out since, at about €1,700 per month.
