Paris from €124,365: Apartments and studios situated 45 minutes' from Paris will be offered to Irish investors at an event in the Radisson SAS St Helen's Hotel in Dublin this Saturday (July 15th).
Springvale Overseas Property is hoping to tempt Irish buyers into the French market with Paris Alfortville, a scheme of 90 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Springvale has secured 15 apartments for the Irish market.
Alfortville is located on the banks of the Seine in Alfortville, the scheme is 10 minutes from Orly Airport and a 45-minute drive from Paris.
Prices start at €124,365 for 27sq m (290sq ft) studios. One-bedroom apartments start at €155,019 and two-bedroom 36sq m (388sq ft) units are priced from €249,844.
Prices are for fully furnished apartments excluding VAT (investors get a VAT refund).
Investors are promised a rental income at five per cent a year. This is index linked and there are no legal fees to pay.
Rental income is said to be guaranteed for 11 years with the option of renewing the lease for a further 11 years at the end of this period.
