The National Trust has opened its first town centre shop unit in Northern Ireland with the recent acquisition of a lease in Fountain Street, Belfast from the fashion retailer Betty Barclay. Agent Lisney reports the rental on the National Trust shop to be £34,000 sterling for 15 years with five yearly reviews. Lisney has also let 1-3 Chichester Street, Belfast, to the fashion house, Whistles. The rental for the former First Active Building Society unit close to Donegall Square West is £25,000.
