Paris/from €322,000: Apartments with one of the best addresses in Paris go on sale today in Dublin priced from €322,000. Hamilton Osborne King is offering 20 units in a refurbished building on the Isle St Louis, close to Notre Dame, in an historic neighbourhood full of restaurants, boutiques and speciality food shops. The tiny island in the Seine has less than 6,000 residents, and a wealth of historic buildings, some dating back to the Middle Ages.
Located in a 20th century building on the corner of Rue St Louis en L'Isle and Rue des Deux Ponts, the 20 one, two and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 30 sq m (323 sq ft) to 117 sq m (1,257 sq ft). Prices start at €322,000 for a one-bed unit rising to €757,000 for a two-bed unit and around €1.2 million for the three-beds. The most expensive apartment is a 115 sq m (1,238 sq ft) unit on the top floor at €1.26 million. All come with fully equipped kitchens and oak flooring and carpets. There is a separate storage unit with each apartment, but no car-parking.
