HOUSE prices are likely to fall again by the end of the year, according to the latest report from myhome.ie.
The property website, which tracks asking prices on thousands of residential and commercial properties around the country, expects to see a further 10 per cent drop before recovery kicks in.
However, estate agents in Dublin are finding that the phones are ringing, with would-be buyers, rather than sellers, on the line.
The Sherry FitzGerald Groupsays it has registered 400 new buyers since the start of the year, and has agreed sales on 45 properties since January 1st.
It has arranged no less than 200 viewings for houses across the city this Saturday alone.
