Developer Oceanico, which owns four and five-star golf and beach resorts near Lagos and in Praia da Luz on the eastern Algarve, as well as a golf resort in the Portuguese-owned mid-Atlantic Azores islands, will bring a taste of Portugal and the Azores to Dublin from June 14th to 17th.
It will hold a property exhibition at The Taste of Dublin 2007 show in the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin 2, to promote two of its developments. They are the Amendoeira at Silves, Portugal, as well as the Azalea golf and leisure resort in the Portuguese-owned Azores in the mid-Atlantic. Four and five-bedroom villas at Amendoeira Golf Resort cost from €2 million. The 210 apartments and 10 villas at Azalea cost from €325,000.
