Built by Kenner-ville Homes, these single and double fronted three-bedroom townhouses, right, are all generously proportioned at 1,180 sq ft (110sq m).
Prices range from €680,000 up to €750,000 for the showhouse. The livingrooms have Victorian-style sandstone fireplaces piped for gas fire and recessed ceiling downlighters.
Kitchens have stylish cherry Shaker-style fitted units with granite work surfaces and a stainless steel oven and hob with fitted hood as standard. A nice touch is the concealed lighting under wall cabinets. The floor is tiled as is the splashback.
Each of the houses has a downstairs toilet and an upstairs main bathroom as well as a main bedroom en suite. Both the en suite and main bathroom come with power and electric showers. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The ground floors are fitted with Canadian red oak flooring and each has access to landscaped gardens and a cobblelock driveway. The Meadows is expected to be ready for occupation by late spring/ summer.
