Sales Results: Auction fatigue is setting in with just 24 per cent of properties selling under the hammer this week. While a further 11 per cent of homes were sold after auction, vendors across Dublin were disappointed by the low turnout in the auction rooms.
At Lisneys auction on Tuesday not a single bidder turned up for any of the three properties on offer. However, Lisney had better luck yesterday, selling Hillside on Westminster Road in Foxrock for a strong price of €6.6 million. The Victorian house on 0.88 acres had an AMV of €4.5 million.
