A mahogany longcase clock, €12,500 (€10,000-€15,000); a gilt bronze Buddha, €6,900 (€1,000-41,500); Moonlight, Lough Swilly, Co Donegal (watercolour) by William Percy French, €4,400 (€3,000-€5,000); a horse and jockey brooch €1,000 (€800-€1,150); Portrait of Sadler's Wells by Peter Deighan, €600 (€300-€400); a canteen of North Korean cutlery €250 (€200-€300).

State Banquet at St Patricks Hall, £3,250 (£3,000-£5,000) bought by Chapter One restaurant; Her Majesty the Queen at the Garden of Remembrance, £938 (£1,000-£1,500) bought by an internet bidder in the Bahamas.

The Moon over the Bog by Gerard Dillon £61,250 (£50,000-£70,000); A View Of Croagh Patrick From Achill Island by Paul Henry £25,800 (£10,000-£15,000); Sutton Sands by William John Leech £9,375 (£7,000-£10,000). Jimmy O'Dea In Costume by Seán Keating failed to sell.

May 30th:Christie's, London. The Golf Course, North Berwick by Sir John Lavery £193,250 (£200,000 -£300,000).
