Lisney has set an AMV of €1.8 million on a unusual investment on Arnott Street, Dublin 8, prior to auction on April 4th.

Located off Heytesbury Street and overlooking the Meath Hospital, it comprises four derelict houses and retail units (46, 46a, 46b & 46c Arnott Street). The site, however, comes with architectural plans (below) with full planning permission for a four townhouse development. Designed by RKD Architects for Ropewalk Developments, the scheme, when built, will incorporate one three-bedroom and three two-bedroom townhouses, all with their own front door. The site is a short stroll from St Stephen's Green.
