Selling agent Purcell Properties is releasing 11 houses in the first phase, which are for sale off plans. There will be 84 units in the development.
The scheme comprises a mix of three and five-bedroom houses. Three-bedroom detached houses with 121sq m (1,300sq ft) of living space are priced at €370,000. Five-bedroom houses measuring 218sq m (2,350sq ft) have a price tag of €589,000.

Previous schemes by Darjohn Developments include the Lodge Court in Borris and the Grainstore, Bagnelstown, Co Carlow.
