An upmarket apartment scheme, the Palazzo Dorottya, in downtown Budapest, Hungary is being offered to Irish investors through agent Lisney.
The development in the Pest area of Budapest will comprise 85 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the former Wurm Court building, built in the 1820s. Since then the building has been home to Malvieux bank, the Hungarian stock exchange and a café. Apartments will range in size from 39 to 188sq m (420-2,024sq ft) with prices ranging from €155,270 to €923,799.
Services at the apartment will include 24-hour concierge, chauffeur service, laundry service, café-lounge and a wellness centre and spa. Lisney is launching the units in the Merrion Hotel, Dublin 2, from June 17th to 19th.
