The Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute has launched a new part-time course aimed at those already in the property business who want to brush up on their credentials.

The BSc in Property Studies will be run in conjunction with DIT, Bolton Street. Not for the faint-hearted, it's a four-year course, with classes every second Saturday. Fees are £1,500 per annum and graduates can then go on to become fully paid up members of the IAVI.
