Bells ring time for home by Burnaby

Charleville, Killincarrig Road, Greystones, Co Wicklow is a mid-terrace home built in 1903. Eighty-eight years later in 1991, the vendors embarked on a complete revamp designed to preserve and enhance original features, while remaining true to its Edwardian spirit, particularly in the kitchen.

Now the house is for sale again, with an advised minimum valued (AMV) of €1.2m prior to auction through Lisney on March 23rd. This includes carpets and curtains chosen with the same unerring style seen throughout the house.

Killincarrig Road is at the town end of the sought-after Burnaby, a few steps from Greystones' main street and beach.

In common with its neighbours, Charleville has rear access onto a virtually private road opposite Greystones DART station.

An entrance porch with mosaic tiling leads into the hall, which has an arch and ceiling coving, and is lit by a Velux window on the first floor landing.
