SalesResults: Values in the Ardilea estate in Dublin 14 have taken a quantum leap in recent weeks, with two refurbished houses there making exceptional prices.
Yesterday, 1 Salamanca, a refurbished five-bedroom house, fetched €3.55 million at a Lisney auction. Last week, Douglas Newman Good sold 9 Salamanca, a four-bedroom house on half an acre for €3.07 million. Prices had been relatively stagnant in Ardilea but now it seems the 1970s estate is back in fashion.
