£760,000 for three adjoining Harold's Cross Road shops

Finnegan Menton has secured £760,000 at auction for three adjoining shops at 286 Harold's Cross Road, Dublin 6. In Donnybrook, a site with planning permission for three houses at Belmont Avenue has been sold at auction for £875,000 by joint agents DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Ross McParland.

Lisney is likely to secure a rent of over £70,000 per annum for a retail unit close to the Bank of Ireland at 3 Westmoreland Street, Dublin 1. The 770 sq ft unit was recently sold by the Bank of Ireland.
