Lisney expects to secure around £1.57 million for an office investment, Scottish Provident House, at 52 South Mall, Cork, which goes to tender on October 25th. The price would equate to a net yield of 6 per cent. The three-storey building has a floor area of 9,178 sq ft and is located on a prominent corner position in Cork's main banking and commercial area. Four tenants, Swansea Cork Ferries, Scottish Provident, the Office of Public Works and Local Eyes are paying a combined rent of £102,105 per annum.
