PRODUCT OF THE WEEK
Shu Uemura Total Defender, €42.50 from Nue Blue Eriu, 7 South William Street, Dublin 2. With an SPF of 25, an incredibly light, fast-absorbing formulation, and a slightly lilac tint to enliven skin, this product is as far away from gloopy sunscreen as you can imagine. Apply daily, after moisturising and before make-up.
TREATMENT OF THE WEEK
Gel nail pedicure, €50 from Top to Toe, 4 Aughrim Street, Dublin 2. Give your toes the same priority as fingernails. Applying gel makes them look smoother, shinier and prevents varnish from chipping for far longer. Available in clear, with white French, tips à la Victoria Beckham, or with the addition of Swarovski crystals, it's the perfect finish. The treatment also includes hard skin removal, exfoliation, massage and nail filing. Re-fills are needed every three to four weeks.
