No churn coffee ice cream

  • Makes about 800ml ice cream, which is enough for 4-6 portions<li>300ml double cream
  • 175g condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 30ml Tia Maria

Do not mess with this recipe. It is perfection. Mix everything together and freeze in a plastic container. Yes, that is it.

Taste it before you freeze it and adjust, but I found it perfect and did not require extra sugar.
