How much is too much?

 

1 unit = a pint of beer, 1 glass of wine, 1 glass of sherry 1 1/2 units = 1 single spirit

Healthy Limits:

Women - 14 units per week Men - 21 units per week

Increasing Danger: Women - between 14 - 35 units per week Men - between 21 - 50 units per week

Greater potential for harm:

Women - more than 35 units Men - more than 50 units
