U2 are playing 25 dates at Sphere, a brand new, state of the art venue in Las Vegas. The Irish Times has partnered with Live Nation to offer two premium tickets to see U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere, on Friday 1st December 2023.

This fabulous prize includes return flights and a three-night stay (Thursday to Saturday) at the Venetian Resort, priority access to the Zoo Station Fan Portal and limited-edition U2 merchandise.

2. The competition is open to residents of the island of Ireland, aged 18 and over, except employees of The Irish Times Limited, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

3. The competition will run from Saturday 7th October to 12pm Tuesday 17th October.

4. Competition limited to one entry per person. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

5. To enter, visit www.irishtimes.com/u2lasvegas and enter the code found in your digital or print copy of The Ticket in The Irish Times Weekend. Register your details and complete the tiebreaker by 12.00pm noon on Tuesday 17th October.

6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.

8. The prize is: Two premium tickets to see ‘U2:UV Live at Sphere’ in Las Vegas, including return flights for two up to a maximum value of €2,500 and a three-night stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas (Thursday - Saturday inclusive) the only resort attached to Sphere; priority access into the U2 Zoo Station Fan Portal, and limited edition U2 merch. The winner will be contacted directly by phone or email by The Irish Times and announced on the www.irishtimes.com/u2lasvegas competition page. Winner details will also be published in The Irish Times. The prize is not refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, any transfer of the prize will be null and void.

9. The winner will be chosen at random.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

11. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

13. The competition winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity arising from this competition.
