There are no words for how dumb Mattel and Random House are for publishing a Barbie book called I can be a computer engineer with choice dialogue like this: "I'm only creating the design ideas. I'll need Steven's and Brian's help to turn it into a game."

They are supplied by angry people using actual computer programmer Kathleen Tuite's website called Feminist Hacker Barbie where anyone can "fix" the pages from the original book by supplying their own dialogue. As computing researcher Casey Fiesler puts it, the book's steps for becoming a computer engineer include: 1. Design a videogame, 2. Get a boy to code it for you, 3. Take all the credit for it.
