Fun for grownups at Science Hack Day Dublin

The idea is that teams of people get together with a problem and “hack” a solution

Science is amazing and science is for everyone, right? Why is it, then, that the promotion of science and scientific endeavour is aimed mostly at children? We should all be curious about the way things work, and it’s never too late to learn the basics. So head along to Science Hack Day Dublin this weekend at UCD. It’s 48 hours of creativity driven by enquiring minds (and probably pizza and coffee): a space to bring software, hardware or skills but definitely good ideas. The idea is that teams of people get together with a problem and “hack” a solution. And you don’t have to be a scientist to attend. http://sciencehackdaydublin.com
