Unfinished Newcastle houses for €1m

Ten houses and two-storey community centre in west Dublin scheme

Ten largely completed houses and a two-storey community centre in the village of Newcastle in west Dublin are to be offered for sale in a single lot for more than €1 million.

Knight Frank is handling the sale for receivers Grant Thornton.

Six of the four-bedroom semidetached houses in the Newcastle Lyons development have floor areas of 118sq m (1,270sq ft)) while the additional four detached units also come with four bedrooms and a similar floor area. All the houses are in shell condition internally with much of the first floor fittings are in place. The community centre is also partially complete with a floor area of 232sq m (2,500sq ft).

The infill scheme is located off the main street at the entrance to the village. It is within easy commuting distance of Dublin and less than 5km of the Saggart stop on the red Luas line and Hazelhatch railway station. Newcastle is within 10km of no fewer than eight golf clubs that include the K Club.
