Unfinished house on 1.25 acres in Foxrock fetches €2.7m

Knight Frank has secured close to €2.7 million for a partially completed house on a redevelopment site of 1.25 acres at Aberdour, on the Stillorgan Road in Foxrock, Dublin 18.

A previous planning permission to build four large detached houses in the grounds has expired.

In Rathfarnham, Knight Frank has also secured just over €4.7 million for a ready-to-go residential site with planning permission for 21 houses at the junction of Ballyboden Road and the Ballyroan Road.

The sale included the early 19th-century house, Bolton Hall and adjoining stables as well as a house on Ballyboden road.
