Savills and Gaynor Millar Estates are guiding €2.3 million for a substantial residential and office investment at Kilminchy Court, Portlaoise, which is for sale by private treaty.
The sale includes two commercial blocks with a mixture of retail and office facilities over three levels. Tenants include the OPW, Spar, O’Gorman’s public house and off-licence, Kilminchy Pharmacy and Kilminchy Hair Design Studio.
The overall contracted rent amounts to €450,000. Stephen McCarthy of Savills describes the investment as a “great opportunity for a hands-on operator to add value to the property in the short to medium term”.
