Office investment sells for €700,000

David Bennett of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has sold an office development at Eblanas Villas in Dublin 2 for €700,000. It includes 15 Wentworth, a three-storey office building, and number 16, another office building over two storeys. The floor area for both buildings is 278sq m (3,000sq ft) and there are three parking spaces. Quinn Agnew acted for the purchaser.
