Successful fashion multiple TK Maxx is to open its 17th Irish outlet at The Showgrounds shopping centre in Clonmel.

The landlord will receive 5 per cent of the turnover rather than a standard rent for the 2,787sq m (30,000sq ft) store over two levels.

Jason Millar of Colliers International, who acted for TK Maxx, was unavailable for comment. Peter O'Mara of Savills advised the landlord.
