Dún Laoghaire office block for €1.35m

Evidence of the good value to be found in Dún Laoghaire comes with the planned sale of a further office block in the Adelphi Centre for what will be seen as an attractive price.

Derek Connolly of CBRE is quoting €1.35 million for the vacant Brook House, Block C, which is on the corner of Upper George's Street and Corrig Avenue.

The five-storey building extends to 1,935.5sq m (20,834sq ft) and includes 21 basement-level parking spaces. It has a mixture of open-plan and cellular office space and is suitable for leasing in its entirety or on a floor-by-floor basis.

The Adelphi Centre recently attracted two new tenants in Aecomn and Aeroflex.

Dún Laoghaire has considerable appeal as an office venue because of the vibrant town centre and the availability of both Dart and Dublin Bus services.
