Government hopes `sense' will prevail

Last night a Government spokesman said it was hoped that common sense and goodwill from those who provide accommodation and travel services would prevail for rugby fans booked to travel to Cardiff. "It's in their commercial interest anyway. An emergency situation requires everybody to play their part," he said.
