A NEWLY rezoned housing site of 16.74 acres beside Newcastle village in west Dublin, is expected to make between £350,000 and £400,000 per acre when it is sold by tender on November 26th. Lisney is handling the sale of the land which is part of a 100-acre parcel rezoned for housing adjacent to the village.
