MORE than £3 million is to be spent on refurbishing Fitzwilton House, the 60,000-square-foot office block at Wilton Place, Dublin 2, following last weekend's transfer of Coopers & Lybrand to a new block at George's Quay.

Coopers occupied six floors in the block. Two others are rented by William Fry, solicitors, and another one is used by the Australian Embassy.

Fitzwilton House is owned by the Irish Pension Fund Property Unit Trust which also financed Cooper's new premises at George's Quay.
