Thirty apartments in the Bass Buildings development on Alfred Street, Belfast, have been released for sale following the successful launch of the scheme last weekend. Hooke & MacDonald sold 45 apartments off the plans, with one-quarter of purchasers coming from Dublin or other parts of the South, and three-quarters from Belfast.
Prices in the scheme, which is in the Linen Conservation Area, close to the bus and rail station and Donegall Place, ranged from £74,950 sterling for one-beds, up to £127,950 for three-beds. There will be a total of 114 units in the scheme. Hooke & MacDonald have handled sales of three new apartment developments in Belfast in the past month.
