Man awaits trial on girl's murder

A man accused of murdering a Belfast schoolgirl, Sonia Forsythe, six years ago was sent for trial yesterday

A man accused of murdering a Belfast schoolgirl, Sonia Forsythe, six years ago was sent for trial yesterday. Mr James Craig (25), from Sydney Street West in the Shankill Road area, was remanded in custody to await trial at Belfast Crown Court.

Ms Forsythe (13) disappeared from her home in Sydney Street West in June, 1991. Her body was not discovered until April last year when it was found in a coal bunker near her home.
