A 67-year-old man, alleged to have grabbed an 11-year-old schoolgirl on the street and indecently fondled her, had a charge of sexual assault adjourned at Carrickmacross District Court yesterday. The accused, who pleaded guilty, said in a statement that he had drink taken at the time. Judge Flann Brennan adjourned the case to November 11th for welfare reports.
