Irish Life & Permanent confirmed today it has appointed two new non-executive directors.
Mr Eamonn Heffernan (58), who recently retired as a worldwide partner of Mercer Human Resource Consulting, is also a former chairman of the Pensions Board and the Irish Association of Pension Funds. He is currently president of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.
The second non-executive director is Mr Philip Lynch (56). He is chief executive of Irish food company IAWS and a director of FBD Holdings, Heiton and An Bord Bia.
