A dispute which led to an injunction being issued on Friday to prevent picketing at a Dublin pub has been settled, the High Court was told yesterday.

On Friday, Mr Denis Cusack, director of Southcross Taverns, trading as Rosie O'Grady's, was granted a temporary order against Ms Michelle Morley, Leinster Road, Rathmines, her estranged husband, Mr Patrick Morley, and his father, Mr Harry Morley, both of St John's Cottages, Dublin.

Ms Morley had been working as a waitress at the pub but, the court heard last Friday, she had not worked there since November 7th following an exchange relating to a food bill. The court was told a picket was mounted on the pub last Friday but there was no industrial dispute.

Having heard submissions on behalf of the sides yesterday, Miss Justice Carroll said there had perhaps been "a big misunderstanding" and asked if the situation could be cleared up if some time were allowed. Following an adjournment and discussions outside the courtroom, Mr Martin Hayden, for the company, said the dispute had been resolved. The settlement terms had been signed by all parties.
