WASHINGTON - President Bill Clinton's approval ratings have not dropped despite the revival of sexual harassment charges against him, according to a poll released yesterday.

The CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll shows 57 per cent of Americans approve of the way Mr Clinton is doing his job compared to 54 per cent in May. The poll followed a US Supreme Court ruling yesterday that the President cannot claim immunity against charges by a former Arkansas state employee, Ms Paula Jones, who claims he asked her for sexual favours when he was governor of the state.
