Office building gets the go-ahead in Baggot Street

Friends First Life Assurance has secured approval from An Bord Pleanala for a five-storey infill office building over existing offices at St Martin's House at 33 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 2. The development will provide an additional 80,000 sq ft of office space as well as further retail accommodation. However, the board refused permission for a mezzanine car-park with 43 spaces.
